Elaiou Kallos is a limited annual release of extra virgin olive oil connected to Choumeriako, Crete. It is created to present the character of Cretan olive cultivation with clarity, respect and restraint.
Origin
The oil comes from the wider area of Choumeriakos in Crete, a village connected with agriculture and olive cultivation. The page can be updated every year as each new harvest is released.
The oil
Elaiou Kallos is produced from Koroneiki olives and offered as unfiltered extra virgin olive oil in a 500ml black glass bottle. The black glass helps protect the oil from light exposure.
Annual release
The release details, bottle count and quality values may change each harvest year. The website is designed so the production year can be updated without changing the core brand story.
