Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, refund or other solution.
Unopened products
Unopened products may be eligible for return if they are unused, sealed, in their original packaging and suitable for resale. Return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Opened food products
Opened or unsealed olive-oil bottles cannot normally be returned for hygiene, safety and product-integrity reasons, unless there is a verified defect.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible. Bank and payment-provider processing times may vary.
