Statutory withdrawal refunds
Where a consumer validly exercises a statutory right of withdrawal, eligible amounts are reimbursed without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notification of withdrawal. The seller may withhold reimbursement until the returned goods are received or the consumer supplies evidence of return, where the law allows.
The reimbursement includes the original standard delivery cost paid for the withdrawn goods; additional cost resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery method than the standard option does not have to be reimbursed. Reimbursement is made using the original payment method unless another method is expressly agreed and does not impose fees on the consumer.
Damaged, incorrect or non-conforming goods
Statutory remedies for non-conforming goods are separate from the right of withdrawal. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, the appropriate remedy may include replacement, price reduction or refund. Contact info@elaioukallos.gr with the order number and relevant evidence.
Payment and fiscal reconciliation
A refund is not considered operationally complete until the payment/refund status, WooCommerce order, stock treatment and any required Oxygen fiscal credit/reconciliation have been completed. This internal reconciliation does not reduce the consumer’s statutory refund rights or deadlines.
