Scope and product information
These terms apply to consumer orders placed through the Elaiou Kallos online store. Before ordering, the product page and checkout provide the main characteristics of the goods, quantity, price, applicable tax, delivery destination/rate and available payment methods. Release facts are production-specific; the 188-bottle figure refers only to the 2025 First Release.
Prices and quantities
Prices displayed at checkout are in EUR and include applicable consumer taxes unless clearly stated otherwise. The retail pricing anchors are 1 bottle €42, 2 bottles €82, 3 bottles €120 and 6 bottles €228. The retail maximum is 12 bottles per order. Larger requirements are handled through Wholesale & Hospitality.
Placing an order and contract formation
The customer can review and correct the cart and checkout data before placing the order. The final checkout step displays the principal order characteristics and total price/charges and uses a button that clearly indicates an obligation to pay. An order acknowledgement is sent electronically. The sales contract is subject to payment authorisation/receipt and product availability.
Payment
Available methods may include ePay Redirection card payment, bank transfer and ACS cash on delivery where eligible. Bank-transfer orders reserve stock for 3 business days; if funds are not received within the stated deadline, the reservation may be cancelled. Cash on delivery is available only for eligible ACS delivery in Greece and carries the displayed fee. BOX NOW is prepaid only.
Receipt, invoice and gifts
Receipt is the retail default. A customer requesting an invoice must provide the required business/tax information; an invoice request does not create a wholesale discount. Gift orders may include recipient details and a gift message and may be fulfilled without prices inside the parcel.
Delivery
Shipping methods, charges, delivery estimates and any complimentary-delivery threshold are determined by the final delivery destination. Greece currently uses an operational free-shipping threshold of €120 merchandise value. A different country receives a free-shipping threshold only if a verified destination-specific rule exists. The delivery address, not IP geolocation, is authoritative.
Withdrawal, returns and refunds
Consumers have statutory withdrawal rights for eligible distance purchases as described in the Right of Withdrawal page. The Shipping & Returns and Refund Policy form part of these terms and do not limit mandatory consumer rights.
Non-conforming or defective goods
Mandatory legal-guarantee rights apply to goods that are not in conformity with the contract. Any commercial statement or customer-care policy does not replace or reduce those statutory rights.
Complaints and dispute resolution
Please contact info@elaioukallos.gr first so we can address a complaint. Consumers may also use a competent certified alternative dispute resolution body, including the Greek Consumer Ombudsman where applicable. The former EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform is no longer included because it has been discontinued.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by applicable Greek law without depriving a consumer resident in another country of mandatory consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
