Elaiou Kallos (Ελαίου Κάλλος) is a limited-release extra virgin olive oil from Choumeriako in Crete’s Mirabello Valley, produced from 100% Koroneiki olives and presented unfiltered in a 500ml black glass bottle. The first production was released in 2025 in only 188 bottles. Each selected production is documented as its own release.
OUR ORIGIN
From Choumeriako, Mirabello
Choumeriako lies in the fertile Mirabello valley, 2.7 km east of Neapoli and 11.7 km from Agios Nikolaos. Agriculture shaped the village for generations: family-run olive mills once pressed the local fruit, and today olive cultivation remains its principal agricultural activity. Elaiou Kallos is rooted in this specific place and its continuing olive-growing tradition.
