Elaiou Kallos (Ελαίου Κάλλος) is an unfiltered extra virgin olive oil produced from 100% Koroneiki olives in Choumeriako, in Crete’s Mirabello Valley. It is produced in limited quantities. Each production is documented and presented as a distinct release.

The first production was released in 2025 and comprised only 188 bottles of 500ml. Each release is documented separately with its own production information, provenance and published analysis. The bottle QR code links to that online information.
