Shipping calculation
The delivery address determines available courier services, price and any complimentary-delivery threshold. IP location is used only for initial personalisation and never overrides the address entered for delivery. All shipping charges that apply to an order are shown before the customer places the order.
Greece
ACS and BOX NOW are offered where supported by the configured service and destination. BOX NOW is prepaid only. Cash on delivery is limited to eligible ACS deliveries in Greece and the checkout displays the €1.50 customer fee. The operational complimentary-delivery threshold for Greece is €120 merchandise value.
EU destinations
Only destinations with a verified courier method/rate are enabled. A country receives complimentary delivery only when a specific verified threshold has been configured for that destination; there is no universal international free-shipping promise.
Delivery time and responsibility
The service/estimate shown at checkout applies to the selected destination. Unless a different period is specifically agreed, consumer deliveries are handled within the timeframe required by applicable consumer law. Where the seller organises the carrier, responsibility for the goods remains with the seller until delivery to the consumer or a person designated by the consumer, subject to applicable law.
Damage, loss or wrong product
If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, an item is missing/wrong, or delivery does not arrive, contact info@elaioukallos.gr promptly with the order number and, for damage, photographs of the product and packaging. Keep the packaging while the claim is assessed.
Change of mind
Eligible consumer returns following a statutory withdrawal are governed by the Right of Withdrawal. Direct return cost is borne by the consumer where the law permits and where the consumer was informed before purchase. Do not return goods without first requesting return instructions so the parcel can be identified and handled safely.
