For eligible distance purchases, a consumer generally has 14 days from delivery of the goods to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason. Mandatory statutory exceptions continue to apply only where their legal conditions are met; this policy does not assume that an olive-oil order is automatically excluded from withdrawal merely because it is food.
How to exercise the right
Before the 14-day period expires, send a clear statement to info@elaioukallos.gr identifying the customer, order and goods and stating the decision to withdraw. The model form below may be used but is not mandatory.
Returning the goods
After notifying us, return the goods without undue delay and within the statutory return period, following the provided return instructions. The consumer may be responsible for the direct return cost where this was disclosed before purchase and applicable law allows it. Goods should be handled only as necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning; the consumer may be responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond that standard.
Refund
Eligible payments are reimbursed within the statutory deadline. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods back or evidence that they have been sent, where permitted. The standard outbound delivery cost is reimbursed; any additional cost for a more expensive delivery choice is not required to be reimbursed.
